What a delightful experience! We’re neighbors in the area and have been putting off trying this place for way too long. We read the reviews and knew we had to have a go at the margaritas first. We do the strawberry basil margarita and spicy jalapeño. Both were delicious! Our bartender even made the jalapeño marg extra spicy with his own concoction. As an LA native, these birria tacos were a godsend. Best I’ve had in the city yet. Cuban sandwich was 10000/10000. When everyone says they cook with flavor here, they mean it! So happy to have a new regular spot near home.

Salsa in midcity New Orleans is fantastic. For Tacos, Cubans, or even a Steak Sandwich, this place is excellent. What I love about this place is the unique non-corporate feel that it gives. The owner is taking orders and his wife is prepping the food. Everything they make is delicious and has an authentic taste to it! I usually get the tacos and my wife got the the Burger Special. Everything was excellent. The frozen margarita is also great.

Off street parking. I'm never disappointed when I eat there. I've had steak sandwich, tacos,beans,potato balls and more. I try something different every time & it's always delicious. They have a wide selection of beverages.
