Subway — Restaurant in New Orleans

Ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki chopped salad, and after the person had already measured out NOT even a full portion of the chicken... he asked me if I wanted double meat, to which I responded NO... but I also commented how what he had measured was not even equivalent to "one" portion... He then poured out what he has already selected, then remeasured and gave me even less chicken than he had originally.

I wish I would have taken a pic of the salad... It barely took up "half" the salad bowl. Every other location I go to... The bowl is full when I get it.

Literally, had I not been with other people who had already ordered (and were riding with me)...I would have gone to the other Subway about 3 miles away... They have way better management, who's not trying to nickel and dime you for everything.

I know I'm just a regular consumer... But, I WILL NOT BE GIVING THIS LOCATION MY BUSINESS... YOU HAD YOUR CHANCE TO IMPRESS ME, AND YOU FAILED MISERABLY !!!

There's way too many other locations nearby, with sooooo much better service, and they're NOT trying to skimp on...

Would give it ZERO stars if we could! They may seem nice at first and smile at your face but make sure you watch what they are doing to your food and your bill! Their prices are higher than the subway 1 mile down the road, they skimp on everything they put on your sandwich, even veggies!! And everything we've eaten there, they have extra charges on our receipt for things we didn't get!! We have ordered several salads there, all veggies and no meat or cheese and you have to constantly tell them to please put some more veggies in it!! Each time you ask for more veggies in a salad or on a sandwich they put one or two slices of tomato, or onions, or even the spinach!! So stingy with the veggies that don't cost nearly as much as the meat and cheese!!! Ridiculous!!! Even stingy on the drizzles of sauce they put on!!! Must be different owners than when the positive comments from before were made!!! They need to be a little more worried about customer satisfaction than pinching pennies to make...

FIND ANOTHER SUBWAY!!! Gave it a two because it is clean. Went in my first time, and the family was screaming at each other. The nice lady apologized. I left it at that and moved on. I’m pregnant, I get the same wrap at two subways by my work. I absolutely love the chipotle steak wrap. The subway on franklin doesn’t fill the portion cup to warm the steak, they jip you. I figured I would give it another chance. I was tired and wanted a quick not to bad meal. We made the mistake of using the app to order three footlongs, wrap, pizza, and chips. 30 something bucks later, we were all dis appointed. Everything was skimpy. My wrap was the worst. It was super skinny, and had barely any meat at all. I order about 7 veggies and cheese on it. I feel like bc I wasn’t watching it was worse. Never again! Mommy needs her wrap the way...
