Taco Bell — Restaurant in New Orleans

If I could give it 0, I would. Ive given this particular taco Bell MULTIPLE tries. Everytime I go it gets progressively worse. I ordered a black bean crunchwrap, and I got a regular crunchwrap (had meat). This particular problem has happened EVERY time I have came here. However, this time I went inside to try to resolve this future problem. Whenever I went to the counter after seeing there was meat in it, i was ignored by several different workers. I tried to grab their attention by moving around and saying hello. 3 workers stood behind something when they saw me standing there. After my partner said excuse me, someone finally grabbed someone. I told him the issue and he told someone to make it. I heard someone complaining about how it was made, and kept saying they made it right. However that was not the case, and eventually the one who told them to make it ended up having to be the one to make it. Between that thappening there was two other people that came in with incorrect orders. This took nearly 15 minutes to resolve the issue. This is not including them making the order the first time. I will never be coming to this Taco Bell again. I am extremely disappointed, especially since most of the time it doesnt taste good anyways. Its faster to go home and cook...

Wow... I just can't understand how a taco bell can be so bad... My partner and I come here because how close it is to UNO, but after this last visit I would rather drive to the nearest puddle and eat the mud out of it. The customer service was appalling, my order was made incorrectly and after 5 people saw me standing at the counter for 10 minutes I had to yell to get the manager's attention. I would never yell at a worker, never. But I legitimately had no other option after being ignored for 10 minutes. After the manager took back the food they had to tell the workers 4 or 5 times to make the food again. Each time the workers complained and groaned (which wouldn't have happened if they just made the order properly).

Honestly if you are looking for fast food, hot food, or even what you ordered DO NOT COME HERE. They will waste you time. Wendy's is across the street and you could even go to the Walgreens and get a microwaveable meal and that would be so...

First of all they gave me a regular mountain dew instead of saying they were out of baja blast and I guess just expected me not to notice when they handed it to me. Then with our three separate orders they just mixed it all up into two boxes and we had to ask two separate times to get our hot sauce. The person at the window was rude and reacted like I was making their job harder (literally just asked for a different drink ((and the hot sauce)) because I didn't want the mountain dew they just assumed I wanted) they also wholly forgot our guacamole, sour cream and chips . Whats worse is that we were the only ones there and they asked us to back up to not interfere with their drive through time. Awful service would not suggest go to the Burger king or Popeyes instead....
