They close at 3am but claim they close at 2am. How this particular Wendy's has a 3.3 star rating is insane to me!!! After multiple situations like the one tonight, I've had it! I tried calling Human Resources tonight but their hours are 8am-12am EST (7am-11pm New Orleans time) so I will be calling their corporate office in the morning. I work in the service industry as well and if this were the first time they tried pulling this stunt I wouldn't think much of it, but this is probably the 6th time this has happened. I've lived in this neighborhood for 2 years and they have always been open until 3am on the weekends until it became a very common thing for the lights to all be off to make it look like they're closed at 2am for maybe the last 6 months. But tonight was the last straw for me. I said "hello? You don't close until 3am..." And the employee said "we close at 2am". I would believe that IF it were over a week where you were getting your hours changed but this has been happening for months. You're not fooling anyone. Good luck continuing that charade. If your hours have changed then you should really think about updating that online but I know they haven't because service after, and sometimes even before (!!!!!????) 2am depends on which employees are there!!!!!!! I was at the drive thru between 2:05am and 2:10am...if you're a fast food restaurant and you close at 3am then they have no reason to have denied me service. This has happened multiple times in that same time frame over the past several months where one weekend they are open until 3am and another weekend they're open until 2am. I've seen their lights off and "closed" as soon as 1:45am on a Saturday before. I'm disgusted with this locations "hours of operation". Get your staff under control. And as I said earlier, this is coming from someone who works in the service industry and understands (for the most part) all the bull.......I'm very disappointed with the...
Read moreI had a very unpleasant experience, first there's too much playing @ the window. The young lady became somewhat agitated because the car in front of me made a $30+ order, holding the catchup and substituting things. So when I pulled up and asked if I could substitute my fries for chilli, The young lady in the told me I couldn't substitute anything in a 4 for 4. The manager overheard the young lady @ the window and corrected her. Indicating I can substitute my fries for a small salad. My order was a 4for4 and a side salad. My total was $8.92. initially I had everything except my chilli. I had 1.chilli, 2.a Jr cheese burger, 3.a small salad and4. Chicken Nuggets, four items and my side salad. The young lady @ the window took the salad back, telling me I have a salad in my bag. Couldn't get them to see I only had four items. My receipt clearly indicate I should have had 5 Items. At that point I gave all the food back and asked for a refund. I very seldom eat at fast food restaurants, and can not tolerate this type of abuse. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to express...
Read moreThis review is for the owner. Hopefully this finds you. I have visited this location twice in about 2 months. I don't live in the area. Each time there is no one in line. Taco Bell across the street line is to the street. It's almost like the community knows to stay away and I didn't get the memo. The employees did some scam stuff with my card and charged me $17 instead of the $11 I was told. I didn't have time to address it because me and my friends burger apparently shared 1 hamburger patty. The patty was almost nonexistent on my burger and the cheese was ice cold when it should be melted on a fresh hot burger. This was my experience both times. The first time I got a refund and the 2nd time wasn't for me. I tried to warn them but they didn't listen. So owner, idk if you have to install cameras to watch your employees better, increase pay to attract better people, or both but you are going to be shut down by this time next year at this rate. I'm telling everybody I know in Gentilly to...
