T.J. Maxx — Local services in New Port Richey

Great customer service.. horrible placement for lyggage.. some not so bright individual thought it would be a good idea to put a plastic white table on the white tile and stack luggage on top! Needless to say I wanted to check out the luggage but tripped walking up to them because of the table on the ground! Really weird to put that like that. Well after tumbling through the suitcases hahaha I picked the couple up that fell as I caught myself and walked away.. the young brunette at the register asked if I was ok.. I of course was. Just slightly embarrassed. Bad design...

Came in with 2 of my female friends , Asked to look at a backpack to see how big it was on me , the store associate wouldn't let go of the top handle as it's on my back following me to the fitting room. Then 2 proceed to Stand over my shoulder looking at me into the mirror as I look at myself , so I turn to ask is there a problem. Other associates were hiding behind the rack, Had issues up at the front register. It seemed as tho they were so pressed and thinking we're trying to steal. Worst experience today and will not be back...

The store was stocked like any other T.J. Maxx as for the location ain't so great they should move over to Trinity so then wouldn't have no reason to come over the mall which is dying for the longest time and is nearing it's end. The bathrooms need improvement sometimes been dirty or smelled really bad so does need to improve here. Haven't found anytime everytime here but once in a great while they have stuff that could be worth looking at but overall it's not all great so just going to say...
