Three of us rode our bikes on a beautiful fall afternoon and we were delighted to see that there is a bike rack to lock up our bikes. As we were locking our bikes, a man came out to greet us and invited us to either sit inside or outside. Since it was so beautiful out, we opted for outside. It’s beautiful on the patio. Daniel, our waiter and gentleman who greeted us, quickly brought us waters without us even having to ask. He also brought us menus and showed us around the menu and described a number of specials that weren’t on the menu. Daniel was excellent at communicating and was able to answer all of our questions, and help guide us since we were unfamiliar with the menu. Our food came out quickly just as my mom showed up to join us. Daniel was quick to make sure my mom had water and get her order in too. All 4 of us were really happy with what we ordered and shared among ourselves so we could all try something different. I highly recommend the raspberry cream cheese crepe. It’s simple and perfectly delicious. I got the Grilled Brie and cheddar sandwich with tomato soup (one of the specials). Yummy!!!! My daughter got the Chicken Bechamel Crepe and as we were riding our bikes back home she was still talking about how unique and yummy her meal was! Overall, 10/10 first experience. The food, the atmosphere, and the incredible service from our waiter Daniel makes this place one where we will definitely go again!

This spot is the ‘finest’ hole-in-the-wall you’ll ever find nestled in the sleepy town of New Smyrna Beach (NSB). Don’t let the exterior fool you, it’s French dining at its finest without having to go to downtown Orlando, Tampa or Miami. The server Daniel was really down to earth, knowledgeable and attentive without being aggravating. With the trees surrounding the patio, the lotus wall fountain, and the sounds of the two-lane in the near distance, the atmosphere was so serene and calming. Just watch out for the occasional falling acorn 🌰 from the clumsy (or mischievous 😏) squirrel 🐿️. The food was an experience in and of itself. You can taste the freshness. Everything (down to the toasted baguette to the side salad) was done to perfection. 🧑🏽‍🍳💋 Oh, and get the side of potatoes! You’ll thank me later. 😋😋 Don’t think you need to mess around with any other “greasy spoons” in town, this is your #1 spot for breakfast/brunch/lunch in NSB. 👊🏽

If you’re looking for a relaxing vibe! This place impressed me the second I walked through their doors. I came alone & i would assuming the owner (I could be wrong) greeted me, very polite! The inside is very classy beautiful art work! If you wanted to dress up a little you wouldn’t feel out of place! I sat outside since I came by myself. There was music playing, he turned a fan on by my table! Simple act of service but goes a long way. If you like to read or journal coming here would def be a vibe for you! Esp sitting outside! I wasn’t sure on what to order, which I sure he was able to tell. I was asked if I was in the mood for salty or sweet, gave me some recommendations! Again small acts of service that go a long way! I’m beyond impressed. Food was delicious! I want to see this place go far & grow !

This review is for the owners attention and information. It was our 1st visit tonight and here is our comments. There was only 1 waiter to serve 6 occupied tables, therefore we had a wait before we gave our food order. Prior we did not get water or wine. We had a further 50 minute wait before we received the appetizer, and then only after we asked. We found the escargot over cooked, ie dry, the cheese was brittle. We hadn't finished eating the escagot when the main course arrived. We prefer to have a moment to digest our food between courses. My husband order cod with potatoes, he received cod with sprouts. I ordered shrimp w/pasta. The pasta was unseasoned, with little taste, there were 3 shrimp, I asked for parmesan cheese, however when it eventually arrived I had enough to eat, it was too late. With pasta I use a spoon to twirl the pasta, there wasn't one. We are of the opion we chose the wrong night. There was a party in the corner of the room, who were friends of the owner. Needless to say they received the lionshare of their attention. When paying the bill we noticed there was nowhere to leave a tip. When we pointed this out to the waiter he said he didn't deserve one. He's a gentleman. We told him we would visit him again to have lunch. I'm hoping my comments strike a cord with the owners. It is a start up restaurant and I applaud them for their courage in today's market. The restaurant has great potential and I wish them...

Had a reservation here for Valentines Day as we were traveling through town. Small place with a nice back patio and roughly 20ish tables total. Arrived at 730 and were seated right away. Our appetizers that consisted of rustic bread and the baked brie. Apps took a little over an hour to come out, server claimed they were very busy ect. mind you 3 tables were seated in side and about 10 outside with 3-4 servers.. Drinks had to be asked for multiple times and water glasses were not refilled the entire dinner. We ordered food I got the fillet (medium rare) and my wife got the pork tenderloin. At 930 our food came out. My steak well done and grey inside. Pork was ok. I sent the Fillet back. 15 min later the tail of a beef tenderloin comes out as my Fillet and it has been seared on each side. Cold still in the center. Told the server Im not eating this and asked for a check. The check took 15 min to get I had to walk up to the register to get it.. I was met with attitude and annoyance. First time I have ever been prompted to leave a review on a restaurant. they removed the Fillet from my bill and it was still $90. Poor dining experience, poor food and sub par service. Not something you would hope for on a special occasion at a...
