Kathy, the manager should be fired on the spot and the general manager. I remember seeing her be at Dominos and Publix and she couldn’t do her job there either an absolutely a hole. Word for word she said..well it’s not fair that you come here every day five minutes before breakfast ends. Which isn’t true I come about 15 minutes and I come inside or go to the drive-through. I have to wait till 1030 or 1035 to even be spoken to I get there understaffed and I’m not complaining about that I’m complaining about how they handle situations on how they told me they switched Two minutes before 1030?! Cap she only switched it over to lunch out of spite. I know this for a FACT because I called the Glencoe store and asked they had breakfast available. They said I got you I’ll make you whatever you want . How nice of them and that’s a new store right down the street a completely different vibe. I love that store. Kathy you suck and I’ll say it to your face. There was no reason to switch out breakfast early just because of me and hurt the whole drive-through line because it’s not just me that shows up five minutes before everybody Does You should be fired on the spot for changing to lunch too early before the time especially when Wendy’s at Glencoe Road serve breakfast at 10:40 because I had to complain about how rude you guys were to me and my wife you don’t deserve a job like this. And that’s the funny thing is that this job is easy. She also said why don’t you get back here and do my job? Hahaha that’s fine trust me! respect at the end of the day but I hope you find a job that really suits you instead of this. Leave and make everyone happy. There’s plenty of jobs to start over at again. Just not dominos or Publix because my girl reminds me that you suck there too hence why your not there! (Below is the breakfast from the other store and they made it a large for the...
Read moreADDENDUM: Wendy's is having staffing issues. New hires only seem to stay for a short time. Some of these employees are obviously not used to dealing with the public. They are unconsciously rude, i.e., without intent. And, the order taking and fulfilling process is slow, painfully slow. I understand being in a new job and dealing with a learning curve, but some do not have a clue what to do. I chalk that up to insufficient training. However all of them seem to be capable of taking your money and working the cash register. At any rate, due to inadequate staffing, and insufficient training, Wendy's service is suffering, and so are the customers. For the most part, I like the menu at Wendy's more than that of McD's, which is a stone's throw away. Wendy's inefficiency and slow pace makes choosing to go there a hard choice. I can appreciate the fact that Wendy's cooks to order, and that will take a bit longer, but it starts with the order taking. There can be one car, or even no cars ahead of you at the drive-thru, and invariably you have to wait before they take your order. I guess they have more urgent matters to deal with than waiting on a customer. I do not go there as often as I used to. Wendy’s in New Smyrna Beach has, in the past, received some mediocre reviews. I’m not sure why. IT'S A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. That considered, I have never had occasion to complain about the food, or the service. For the most, the people working there are super friendly. Those who are not do not last. The manager keeps things moving along efficiently and always pitches in. I will keep going back. I like Wendy’s in New Smyrna...
Read moreWent in for a Son of Baconater combo for lunch the place was half full so i assumed everything would be fresh for the lunch crowd. I was served quickly which was a surprise. Now i know why i was served quickly.
The Fries were warm, old, and chewy. Not hot or crispy as fries are supposed to be and also they were the dregs of the fries with all the overcooked, bits and pieces of the bottom of the fry container. The Son of Baconater was the worst burger i have ever eaten, and i've been to burger king so i know about bad burgers. It was the driest old burger i have seen, no juice coming out of it, and every mouthful had to be washed down with a gulp of soda so i didn't get it stuck in my throat. Obviously the lunch crowd wasn't eating burgers or there would have been some fresh ones made. The drink was good, but thats about it.
I must admit i was very disappointed as i just wanted a change for lunch and don't eat fast food much, now i remember why. I guess you get what you pay for, although that lunch should have cost $2 for the drink as the food would have been free if i was getting what i paid for.
If fast food is your business, then get it right, i wasn't expecting a prime rib with truffle fries, but i also wasn't expecting a Birkenstock sandal in a bun with a side of salted twigs. Dave...
