Jimmy John's — Restaurant in New Trier Township

I worked at Jimmy Johns for nine years and I might be a hard critique but I have high expectations when it comes to quality of these stores. Time is 1:18 and the store is trashed, the sandwich maker had a terrible attitude, didn’t use the scoop to put my mayo on my Pepe. I’m paying enough for my sandwich so I want the full amount. And the dry spots!!! So many dry spots!! They had a food truck that was there but that shouldn’t be an excuse to not put in full integrity into the job. The signs in the lobby had dried up mayo dripping down them, floor in kitchen was complete dirty. If a team can’t do the simple task at hand then they not only loose my respect but also my business. Also the health aspect, girl on the line had hair sticking out of her hat and pulled up her pants with the same gloves she made my sandwich with. Jimmy expects each sandwich to look like it looks in the picture as do I. I don’t even want to eat this. Also didn’t portion out the onions. I would give zero stars if it would let me. The woman behind the counter was one of rudest people that I have ever dealt with. It appeared to be a nuisance that we actually wanted sandwiches made. I have frequently stopped at this Jimmy Johns over the years as I live in Glenview. Not once, but on three occasions I have let's say encountered irritable bowls after I ate my sandwich.
