I’ve tried to give this place 3 chances. And each time has been pitiful.
First time, I came in to work on homework and got a sub and drink. After 15 min they told me no loitering. I was still eating. They still asked me to leave. I was also the only one here.
Second time I ordered online. Obviously since they don’t like people inside. I went in at the time specified. I asked about the sandwich after 5 min and they said they’d put it on the rack when done. Well another 15 min goes by and they said they never got my order. Then I see it sitting behind the counter with the time it was finished. Which was on time but they didn’t bring it out or give it to me when I asked if it was done.
Third time, today. Me and my girlfriend wanted to use a coupon. We went inside and waited for 10 min for anyone to even talk to us. They saw us but were on their phones. I decided to wait to be passive aggressive.

Stood at the counter for about 7 min without a welcome to subway or any acknowledgement at all and then an order comes thru the drive thru and the lady decides to finally acknowledge me and says itll be longer cause the drive thru takes priority over me standing there now for 10 min waiting for service! She then persists company policy says they come first and complete lack of respect for the customer and raises her voice at me! Will not be going there anymore!
