Actually, it was my husband who enjoyed Hailey’s very professional help. But only because she was available and not for any dissatisfaction with Kade-who also rocks! He was there with my phone primarily because I was concerned about my battery’s performance and wanted to be sure I wasn’t missing anything in my settings that might change how optimal it was. Which was a simple thing, actually! But since getting my iPhone 12 plus max (since I’d exchanged an iPhone plus) and adding an Otterbox to it, the weight and size became too much for my small and weaker hands, and I developed pain in my left hand that only got worse. I thought I was experiencing user-error, but when I spoke to others about my difficulties, I realized the PHONE was cutting out on me...lost phone calls, texts, alarms being turned off...Too bad my 30-day trial was over by then...and no compensation from Verizon for the trouble the faulty phone caused me. We had just gone through a difficult time with our eleven-year-old daughter involving a phone issue, and we wanted securities placed on the phone for her protection and our peace of mind.
