I entered to order some bagels and an egg and cheese on a hero for myself and my grandparents. Upon purchase, I notice the price is inflated for the egg and cheese on a hero. I overhear them discussing the price and saying something like “I don’t really know so I just double it” I’ve never payed more than 6$ for an egg and cheese in NYC. After debating the price with the recalcitrant cashier, who would not charge me the correct amount for the hero, I go to enjoy my food with my grandparents. The eggs were cooked well, which is why I have them two stars instead of one. But my order of two bagels with cream cheese was somehow confused with butter. I re enter the store to get the correct order. They believe I lied just to waste their bagels(and my time), then proceed to look at me with a look that would make a customer feel pestilent. I overhear the person cooking say “tell him make his own bagels” and reluctantly slam cream cheese into my grandparents bagels, as if it were something personal. Used to have great service, maybe new owners have something...

THE WORST BAGEL SHOP IN ALL OF STATEN ISLAND & NYC.

If I had the time and wanted to bother, I would organize a group of people with picket signs and protest in front of this place so no one else ever goes inside, and they're forced to shut their doors for good. In fact, the health department should shut this place down and protect the people of Staten Island.

The food is shoddy and gross. The staff is lazy. Their bagels are terrible; their deli is the worst; and they can't even get delivery right. It took 2 hours to deliver 2 bagels, a muffin, and a coffee. AND instead of a bagel, they decided to use a roll because they ran out of bagels, rather than calling and confirming, they took it upon themselves to change the order and charge more.

Dear ownership and anyone who works at this garbage can of a place: be ashamed and go eff yourselves.

Your laziness for making and selling food and bagels...

Last weekend I had a bbq to go to and of course I was last minute to buy something to bring my daughter in law said if I want I can bring a fruit platter but you don’t have too we have everything else don’t worry about it. But of course I don’t listen because I always bring something I was leaving to her house in two hours. I look up on grubhub to see who had fruit bagel depot Richmond Town came on. I order several containers of different cut up fruits and mixed them up into a beautiful plastic bowl Everyone at the bbq said this was the best fruit they ever tasted the kids couldn’t stop eating them every piece of fruit was delicious they wanted to know where I bought them My favorite was the pineapple It was the best I ever tasted besides the time I went to Hawaii lol I wish I ca give them 10 stars the fruit...

As someone born and raised in NJ, I have no shame admitting these are the best bagels ever. People beg me to bring these home with me when I’m visiting across the bridge. They are the perfect ratio of bagel where it doesn’t feel too dense where you’re left feeling overly full after. My bacon, egg, and cheese with SPK is absolutely divine from here. Don’t make the mistake of getting your bagels anywhere else

No seeds on the bottom of an everything bagel is a cardinal sin. The bagel was very thin and not that good.
