After ordering for years from this place and all the business we gave them they are ungrateful and unprofessional people especially the owner. First and foremost if you own a business you shouldn’t get hurt from a loss and get all emotional about it. Ordered from this place pretty much every week, tipped Chris very well and always took care of them. It all started the 1 time I had people over so hey casa verde it is! I ordered for 5 people including myself. I ordered pizza and calamari. As soon as the calamari came into my house it smelt like nothing but old slimy fish. I took a bite and it was all mushy and tasted old with a disgusting odor. That night I spent throwing up. Considering the place was closed for the night I gave my credit card company a heads up and told me I should dispute the amount. So for an order about $60 the owner got all emotional and didn’t want us ordering from them anymore which is absolutely fine, but unprofessional. Think about the big picture fellas, out of all the orders we’ve spent thousands at this place with my family on multiple events. The owner got on the phone and said he does not want our business for one occasion. Do yourself a favor these people are a rip off in the first place, they send people without masks to your residence. They’re prices do not define the quality of food they make, take your business elsewhere you’ll thank me one day. I hope the owner would apologize and understand the concept of a food business. My Wife and I had a terrific dinner at this fine establishment tonight!! I gotta tell youse folks that our food was just delish!! And, the sangria was on the money!!

For an appetizer, we chose their pristine eggplant franchise rollitini (eggplant rolled with spinach and ricotta). We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

For entrees, I went for the pasta special, penne with shrimps [sic], clams, and brocolli rabe in a garlic and earl [sic].

And, my Wife ordered the Bucatini Siciliana (baked pasta with mozz and eggplant).

Both dishes were beyond expectations!!

For desert, we ordered a delectable light melt in your mouth Italian Cheese cake with two decaf cafes!!

Not only was the food terrific, the service our Server Ashely provided was just the best!! She was there for us at every turn without us asking! To me, Ashely went above and beyond taking care of us!

I highly recommend this fine restaurant for anyone looking for a good night...

I ordered from this restaurant using the Slice app at 5:30 pm. I called the restaurant asking about my order status at 7pm after patiently waiting for 90 minutes. I was told it would arrive shortly. That wasn't true. Keep in mind, the restaurant never contacted me to tell me how behind schedule they were. When I called the restaurant, and 40 MINUTES LATER when my driver showed up around 7:40, nobody expressed any sort of deep apologies for me waiting OVER TWO HOURS. I wasn't offered ANY COMPENSATION. Now for the food. The grilled chicken hero was the was the most basic and flat hero I've ever had. The mozzarella sticks were COLD. The caesar salad was alright. Keep in mind that I only live around 10 minutes away, so there's zero reason why my food should have been cold. They clearly mismanaged the making of my order and the delivery. Never ordering...
