Best Bites Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

Went on the line and heard my number called. When I went to the counter an older gentleman told me I must “step back”. I told him that they called my number- He told me he didn’t call me. I reiterated that my number was called, and the other gentleman was actually putting my order together .

I guess I must be imagining things. (Me and all the other people around me who heard it. )

The person at the counter was in the process of putting my rotis together – and I wanted to make sure he included all the ingredients that I ordered and paid for.

Mind you there is a large glass panel between myself and those at the counter.

The older gentleman wanted to argue- I simply don’t have time for this.

There is a certain way that you need to learn how to talk to your customers. If you play back the tape from your camera, you will see that my number was actually called before I started even speaking to the older manager/ owner– My number was 82.

The calling of the number was the reason I left the back of the restaurant and came to the front.

Before you react, check your facts- You may actually be wrong.

The worst place to eat food, is way to greasy and oily I hated the very poor customer service I received from the woman who was on the register. I believe she was the owner. She had a very nasty attitude, you would swear she was carrying the whole world on her shoulders...I asked for macaroni pie and they had a tray that was mainly full of scraps and that's what they put in my plate rather than they bring out a fresh tray and serve me from that. you would swear I was not paying money for the food.. And when I went home the macaroni was soggy and tasteless and the entire plate of food was disgusting so I ended up throwing it away and wasting money.
