I recently placed a takeout order for two shrimp plates from here, that I had previously enjoyed dining in. Unfortunately, my experience this time was far from satisfactory.
When I called to place my order, a man answered in a quiet area and insisted on transferring me to someone at the bar to take my order. Once transferred, I was greeted by a very rude person amidst a noisy background. I had to scream my order four times before she finally processed it.
Upon arriving at the bar to pick up my meal, the customer service was just as poor as it had been over the phone. A lady with blonde and brown hair served me with an evident lack of enthusiasm and professionalism, as if she didn't want to be there. This wasn’t her first time servicing me like this, she needs to learn professionalism.
When I got home, I was shocked to find the meal completely inedible. The shrimp had a white, wet residue on it, which was highly unappetizing and concerning. This was particularly disappointing given that my previous dine-in experiences at the same restaurant had been enjoyable, with well-prepared shrimp.
