I drove all the way to Calle 48 Pescaderia A seafood restaurant located inside of a supermarket I went to the other side of town in Astoria if you know you know This place only has a few reviews online but that doesn't stop the crowd of locals that dine here I went with their special The two piece fried fish with french fries as you can see in the video I got the rice instead, my boo got the regular with the fries yes you can substitute They give you damn huge portions and I'm not talking about just the rice but each fillet itself is about a pound each and that's good thing for 8.95 you can't go wrong you get a side of white sauce and hot sauce with some limes Sometimes you get tired of getting the usual same take out to eat and you dont want to blow a bag on seafood so definitely pull up here keep in mind tho I recommend you bring some ketchup or buy a bottle at the supermarket especially if you like yo fries with ketchup because they don't give you ketchup my boo asked for ketchup and the worker was like "nah" that's why I gave you the white sauce and hot sauce anyways come through I highly recommend regarding the quality and price would I come here again absolutely 5...

I'm glad I came here because 1) not only do I not eat meat, but 2) I am allergic to shellfish. For some time my friends in the neighborhood had thi splace on their list of new restaurants to try, so after some rescheduling, we agreed to come here on a Monday evening after work.

When we collectively decided to not don plastic gloves for the evening, I was pretty glad because of reason number 2 listed above. I ordered the fried oyster basket (which came with cajun fries), steamed veggies, and we shared some calamari.

Fried oysters were pretty decent for a good price, the cajun fries satisfied my craving for cajun fries, and the steamed veggies were sufficient and yummy enough to make me feel as if I got enough out of that part of the food pyramid.

I ordered a meal with two Mango Snapple. The delivery guy came with the food but with out the two Snapple drinks! I called and told the young lady who answered the phone about what happened and she said to the dilvery guy "you forgot the drinks".she then told him to go and bring the drinks to where he brought the last order. She then told me it was coming. A couple of minutes later I got a call that by the time I went to answer it they had disconnected the call. I am handicapped and very sick with cancer and I am not able to run and answer the call. I called back the number and a drunk person answered and said that the lady left and the place is close.
