I don't usually write reviews but I had to take the time out to do this one. I have gone to a nunber of dealerships in an effort to find a car. At first I was very skeptical about shopping at Paragon my initial encounter there had a few hiccups but once I was contacted by Alexander Mattalana that was a game changer. He is not just a sales person; he is very professional, he listens and builds rapport, communicates well, shows genuine interest in you and your business, respects your time and values you as a customer. He was very swift with his responses and returned all my phone calls throughout the entire process. He is very detailed oriented and exercise an admirable sense of integrity in doing what he says he will do. He teamed me up with sales person Mirsad who was extremely honest and transparent each step of the way and ensured that the correct details on the car were worked on before it was delivered to me. Alex saved me the trip, the tolls and the hassle of driving back to NY by personally delivering the car to me at my home in New Jersey. That was a great personal touch and it was truly a pleasure meeting the person who had been helping me. He was very positive in his approach and displayed extensive product acumen. The following day I still had a lot of questions and he shared videos and pictures in helping to answer my questions. This company is very lucky to have Alexander as a sales manager on its team.
