Burger King — Restaurant in New York

You all know I have to be honest, especially when talking about my favorite local chain restaurants. So, when it comes to this Burger King rating, it doesn’t quite capture its true potential because, honestly, it’s like night and day. Let me explain: the morning crew at my local Burger King is fantastic! They’re super friendly, and everything moves at a much faster pace. The staff really delivers, the food is fresh, and they even change the oil for the fries because that’s all my kid will eat.

However, if you swing by after 3 PM, be prepared for a much less enjoyable experience. Once school lets out, it turns into chaos, with kids running around and taking over the place. The staff slows down to a crawl, much like waiting for the check at the start of the month! And on top of that, they can be quite rude, often getting your order wrong, and the food rarely seems fresh. It really baffles me how it can feel like a well-run establishment in the morning and completely fall apart in the evening. I'm sorry, but I have to be honest about this spot; if you're looking for some excitement and chaos, just stop...

I ordered a bacon king instead of a beef patty. They gave me a chicken patty third they gave me Swiss cheese with American cheese. I never customize it or nothing instead of a sesame bun. Y’all gave me some regular plain flat bun then then after that yeah when I opened it the rapper of the sandwich it was split in half already what are you really doing? Do y’all have new workers than you I understand, but if even if y’all knew if they knew why would try to let them do the food like what I cut my food up for my fries is good. There is a young lady by the name of Ebony who works here and she is extremely rude, she act like she hate her job, her customer service is terrible and how she talk to customers says a lot about the management. I recently was there to order breakfast and she got my order wrong when I stated too her that this is not what I order she snatch my bag out my hand ripping the bag then try to argue with me. When I refuse to argue with her I ask to speak with her General Manager he could not control her, I ask for his name he refuse, another worker there had to give me his name which is Lyndon ... they are such a nasty staff this is not my first rude run in with this lady Ebony. He customer service is so terrible that her name is going around our community group chat do not deal with her or this Burger King...
