I had ordered and paid for a cake from this location for my birthday party. I was giving all assurance that the Cake will ready for pick on the available time on the receipt. When I arrive for it to pick up my cake, the guy keep looking for it he said to me oh, we did not make ur cake. Go to the register and ask them for your money back, he did not even give me a option, knowing that I do not have a back up plan for that day of my event. I feel very disrespected from the worker and supervisor that was called to deal with the situation. The manager look to me and said I will give you your money back and she looked at the girl at the register, and and spoke in Spanish, of which I could not understand from the express from the expression and smirk on their faces. I felt further disrespected because I felt they were laughing at my predicament. and the girl at the register counted out dollars on and coins and give it back to me and said this is your money back. I was very much disrespected as it looked as though when they give me my money i was a beggar, and I am a frequent shopper at this location And I am very much...

I've shopped here for years (more than 10 yrs), it has lost it standards. It smell terrible, the front of the supermarket smells like they kill the animals on the premises. No joking!!!!! I keep saying I'm going to stop shopping there but I continue to go back, the prices are good but you have to be careful for spoiled meat, expired items, rotten fruits and vegetables, dents in the cans, opened items, food that's been defrosted and put back to resale again. I've had it with them. My last shopping experience I purchased a whole watermelon uncut,,, to get it home to find not one but three holes in the watermelon. I had to take the watermelon back to the store rather then they tell me to throw it out and bring the receipt with a picture of the watermelon. A big store like this cannot afford to loose $5, they make millions of dollars. I agree the workers are rude and so are the owner. He don't think he have to talk or even acknowledge that your talking to him. He will never welcome you and show appreciation for shopping at his store. Very rude Korean man, whom do not deserve any more of my 💰💰💰He do not have RESPECT for...

When it comes to this store there prices are sometimes ok. But the meat department prices are extremely, extremely high. The quality of the meat is not good for what you are paying for, they cut the meat extremely thin. The prices are way, way, way to HIGH for people in this neighborhood. There's a lot of people that are senior citizens and they can't travel to other locations. So this location price gouge is beyond HIGH. Whereas the people get less meat & groceries for what they pay for, knowing this is a community of people & families that are low Income. I've spoken to a lot of people and they said even before COVID that this store was raising prices before the pandemic. This store could do a whole lot better for there community shoppers. To take advantage of people in a community of senior citizens and low Income families are so unprofessional and disrespectful to those that are trying to get a decent meal. This...

I'VE BEEN ON YOUR WEBSITE AND I'VE FILLED A COMPLAINT ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE THIS MORNING. THE CASHIERS ARE RUDE HONEY. IF YOU SPEAK SPANISH BUT YOU LOOK BLACK, HOLD YOUR TONGUE AND LISTEN. THEY ALWAYS TALKING BOUT SOMEONE CANT READ, IT'S ALWAYS A PRICE DISCREPANCY AT CHECK OUT, THEY WON'T HELP YOU PACK YOUR BAGS THE CASHIER'S NEVER KNOW WHERE ANYTHING IN THE STORE IS. I'VE ASKED ABOUT STUFF IN THE FLYER TO A CASHIER SHES CLUELESS. SO I ORDERED THE SAME ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR DELIVERY AND EVERYTHING SHOWS UP. IM JUST FED UP WITH THIS LOCATION. No one who works at this location cares about the community or just hospitality at all. My photo is a review posted about this location. I guess some things will never change.

When they have sales, they're pretty good but when there aren't any goods sales, they're not good at all. Their produce is the worst and not worth the price they are charging. They sell produce for top dollar and the produce is rotting or wilted... badly. Their meat is good though... expensive but good. So I guess there's that. Update: Just had the displeasure of going there again and once again, I'm realizing how much I hate this place...just got a mango and it's rotten. Also found them selling rotting blackberries for full price. Soooooo done.
