Burger King — Restaurant in New York

The fries and nuggets are great as usual, but the service regarding the staff is always on a shift. Either there'll be days when there is a great staff and other days when there isn't one and it's filled with a buch of lazy and rude employees. But the reason prior to this review is the fact that during my visit I received a promotion on the backside of my receipt mentioning about an offer about filling out an online survey, and once completing said survey, receiving a code that allows the customer to obtain either a free whopper, original chicken sandwhich, or croissan'wich. Henceforth, I went upon doing so and received my promotional code that would let me get my choice of a free meal. After going up to the cashier and Informing him about the promotion he just stared at me with a blank look on his face and acted like he didn't know anything about it. Then when I reiterated it again to him he said that the promotion is a joke, is fake, and it's just joking with the customers about the offer. Then I showed him my code on the website and he had said that the website was fake. He was trying really hard not to give me the promotional items promoted upon receiving the receipt as if he would be paying for the sandwhich from his salary. Then he just turned around, left, and continued upon his job like nothing. If the employers aren't going to respect and follow the rules and promotions I don't get what they're doing working there. It's a shame what this Burger King is receiving...

Over the time of living almost 10 years next to this burger king I have mixed feelings about them throughout time they either had very loud staff or rude staff to staff that was polite and fast but what almost neger changes is the pace in which the fast food is delivered. You can go in and order food but it will take you longer than 10 minutes to be served and it is frustrating to wait in line and be waiting for your food. Place is alright in terms of clean its spacious for seating. The drive through is the worst for me as they always habe you drive to the window and back you up all so they can cheat the timer system and act like they served your food fast when they take long also in drive thru its not a bad place overall but service and their ways of delivering good service is poor but food is good overall. Just wish they did better since there aren't many burger kings...

Horrible customer service, been there several times. Online and front door it says they close doors at 10 and drive thru at 12am, I was there at 9:45pm doors were closed, went through drive thru it was closed as well. Every time I go there before 12am they ignore you or have countless excuses such as “I’m the manager, I can close early” “short staff”... worst of all with a terrible attitude. If it’s after 10pm and you go through drive thru they literally ignore you on the intercom... go to the window and knock they’ll ignore you as well, even though they’re standing right there. If you don’t wanna open till 12, change your sign and update the time online ... if it’s a Corp rule then you should open till 12, if the employees don’t want to then CHANGE YOUR JOB where you can end your...
