My patient told me about this place an I order from them before but I feel hurt in my heart that they lie to me,i call to place an order through the phone,i given them 1 start because I don't blame the restaurant but the ppl they hired,because they will make ppl lost businessToday I try to order over the phone ,not once I ever had a issuse with them I given them my card number on the phone before because they food do taste good,but today wasn't right a young lady was taking my order over the phone an she said to me it didn't go through,so I'm thinking okay I have to call my bank because they put a hold on it,when I call the bank they said they not seeing any order place from campania so it had to come from there end,so when I hang up with my bank I call back this place to place my order again same young lady pick up I didn't get her name which I should.. Read moreWent in October for my birthday. Always had a great experience with the pizza and did not feel like going to city. Ordered mussels and fried calamari. Chicken scarpariello and the scallop special. Well now I know why most of the patrons in the restaurant had pizza. The mussels were flavorless we asked for white. The calamari undercooked. My scallops had to go back they were inediblly salty. Now to be fair manager brought out a plain order but we’re still salty as cooked in salted butter. My husbands scarpariello. He wouldn’t eat it and he was too embarrassed to send it back. The chicken seem to be steamed and the sausage as well.And it was broccoli rabe and cheese sausage. Steamed. He was afraid of getting sick. The service was lousy. Had to ask for butter. Had to ask for bread had to ask for water. To be fair the owner or manager, or however, was very accommodating, but we did not want to complain about too many things. The scallops were the big thing I guess when you go to a pizzeria, you should order pizza. Did not even stay for coffee. My husband refused to even take his Scarpelli home for the dog, fearing the dog would get sick. I called today to make a reservation for a party of 6 for this Sunday- Easter Sunday. I was told by the hostess that they only make reservations for 8 or more and we would have to come as a walk in. I explained that my elderly mom if 85 years old is disabled and has dementia could not stand and wait. I asked since we are a large party and close to 8 would they make an exception? After being on hold the hostess returned and said after speaking to her manager, he could not oblige because they needed to reserve space for the bigger parties and walk ins.
