Peking Taste — Restaurant in New York

We called this place and placed a large order at 6pm- they took and we paid by credit card: they never showed after a 30 minutes; we called and they told us they had computers down and couldn't complete the order. They could not provide us with a time frame OR if our order was even in for cooking or CLOSE TO OUR DOR DELIVERY!! After an hour and 5 minutes, we called several times and they DID NOT ANSWER! They have called ID AND THEY HAVE CALLER ID. They dodged us. They got their payment and we never got a call back or had our call answered!!! They are a disgrace and famous for using language barriers as reasons for not being professional! Downright thieves and liars and never offered anything to rectify the matter the DAY AFTER WHEN WE CALLED BACK! We now have to dispute the credit card charge because they are inadequate and they charged the credit card ! Disgraceful!!!...

Well whatever newbie you have at the front desk Didn’t listen to my request it was for dining in When the order was ready, it was wrapped up to go ! The newbie Wasn’t so friendly ! Ok May I suggest you put in a diet menu for people that are trying to watch there weight I didn’t see it anywhere in the menu maybe perhaps I overlooked it ! Not sure ! 🤔 I ate my meal after hours of eating it I got sick ! Maybe Hold off on some of the spices or maybe the Oil wasn’t changed ! I’m just giving you a little suggestions ! Went for lunch Got the sesame chicken and White rice combo and an order of Vegetable dumplings the portions are small like they’re trying to save as much money as possible Do not go here if you’re hungry. The dumplings were Overpriced balls of dough There was Barely any Vegetable inside of them was not satisfied with that... never again.
