China Star — Restaurant in New York

I have over 25 years leaving around these location and always order my food the same way these time i got a different order, call and verify i was right and ask for the right one so i went back. The female worker at these location was very rude for no reason, if a place changes sauces or have different option of sauces on the food how a customer going to know if you dont provide with the information. In top of her being rude she didnt want to give me my hole money back and didnt. My family never buying again from chinese star until they change...

I wish I give a zero because there customer service was so bad .. but only lets me give them at least one and tbh not even worth that .. and on top of that what type of delivery makes u pick it up kinda defeats the purpose of delivering .. and there drive is so nasty 🤮.. definitely not a good place too order I like 👍 it straight to the door and great service .. they need to fix this or they will not be open too long door dash and grub hub giving ppl that number one customer service stop getting ppl to drive from...

I have been ordering from this establishment for years , average service, but decent food for a late night craving, unfortunately for me and my guest that i had over this evening. Not only did they fail to deliver my food , but when I called to inquire information about my order # 1 they informed me that my food was already delivered, mind you the delivery man knows me personally #2 they presented themselves in an unconsidered and disregarding manner in which gave me the impression that they do NOT value...
