Las Sirenas — Restaurant in New York

En primer lugar, déjame decir que he sido cliente de este restaurante desde 2018 y poco a poco ha empeorado. ¡Hoy fui a disfrutar de una buena cena y los tacos de burria estaban deliciosos! La margarita de 5 dólares fue genial BUUUUUUUT... Las cucarachas. Vi una cucaracha en el suelo junto a la mesa a mi lado y desapareció solo para subir unos minutos más tarde en mi pierna. Una vez salté y miré debajo del banco; ¡había cucarachas arrastrándose por todas partes! Una cucaracha se arrastró sobre mi pierna mientras pagaba y fue a la mesa de otro cliente. Cuando lo vieron, me dieron las gracias y siguieron comiendo. Se lo mostré a la camarera y ella se disculpó como si no fuera nada. Ella me cobró 5,00 $ extra por mi bebida y ni siquiera se disculpó por la situación de las cucarachas. Esto significa que es normal para ellos y eso es asqueroso. Nunca volveré a comer aquí ni a confiar en esa cocina. Sé que la ciudad tiene cucarachas, pero si están en la mesa, ¿qué hay en la cocina?

First let me say I have been a customer of this restaurant since 2018 and it has slowly gotten worse. I went to treat myself today to a nice dinner and the burria tacos were delicious! $5 margarita was great BUUUUUUT....Roaches. I saw a roach on floor by the table next to me and it just disappeared only to turn up a few minutes later on my leg. Once I jumped up and looked under the bench; there were roaches crawling everywhere!! A roach crawled on my leg as I was paying and went to another customer's table. When they saw it they just thanked me and kept on eating. I showed the waitress and she just apologized like it was nothing. She charged me an extra $5.00 for my drink and wouldn't even apologize for the roach situation. This means it is normal for them and that's disgusting. I will never eat here again or trust that kitchen. I know the city has roaches, but if they are at the table, then what's in...

Their tacos were decent, the guacamole was similar to what I make at home. I will not that the prices we paid through a delivery program were high to me for what is essentially street tacos.

I can say that the restaurant is a decent one, but not for the price I had to pay (which again is possibly due to the online service I used). If those are their prices, which would put them about 3 to 4 times higher than most taco stands with middling quality... consider this a 2...

This is my go to place for Mexican food in the Bronx!!!! Also looooove that when I order the food doesn’t take Forever to arrive!! They have great staff, really friendly delivery guys, they go to your door not like many delivery guys in the area!! Love this place, recommend the Carnitas Tacos, The tostadas are also amazing, but their nachos are the Bomb!! Love...
