The servers and managers at this location are horrible. I visited this location on 8/14 at approx. 4p. I have the receipt to prove it. At all other Chipotle locations I've visited-- from Manhattan to Richmond, VA-- they've made quesadillas for me without issue. I went to the Throgs Neck location to purchase 2 quesadillas for my 2 young children. The server began making a burrito, which confused me. I clarified my order and the server rudely told me that they "...only make quesadillas when ordered online."
Huh? All other locations do it without issue.
I then asked to speak with a manager thinking I'd get to discuss this without someone level headed...nope.
Staff are a reflection of the leadership team.
If the staff's nasty and unreasonable you can almost guarantee the leadership team is as well.
The manager comes and refuses. I tell the manager that my children don't eat burritos and it's not what I had ordered. The manager proceeds to take the perfectly good burrito and throw it in the trash with the nastiest attitude.
I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT.
With the rising levels of hunger and homelessness-- especially during the pandemic-- to do such a thing left me speechless. I'm sure Chipotle has cameras in this restaurant to watch it back themselves. I just filed a complaint on the Chipotle website. I suggest everyone else do the same.
Don't come to the Bronx if you don't care to serve the people within...
Read moreFirst off, I’m fully vaccinated, And they would not let me order food without a mask, they refused even tho I offered to show my proof of vaccination, overall I’m very upset because they let a lady walk out and enter without a mask, but I could not, and all of the employees was not wearing there mask properly, there mask was exposing there nose and parts of there face, wearing it like a chin strap, IF YOU are going to enforce mask rules and not allow me to enter without a mask fully vaccinated then make sure ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES and Guest alike are wearing there mask properly, and now I’m to complain about the service, half of there menu selection was missing and service is very slow and staff was a bit rude, I would not recommend this chipotle to anyone it seems they do not have it together horrible experience and I stress if your going to enforce mask rules make sure your employees are all wearing there mask and there mask properly and treat all guest the same with mask and Covid...
Read moreI’m literally just waiting for this location to close down at this point. It doesn’t look like Chipotle puts any value into their employees or the slop they call food. Tonight they were out of condiments (hot sauce and salad dressing), fajita veggies, my wife and I received half the portion of chips each. The bags of chips were laughable small. The worker who prepared the food could not understand the concept of half a scoop of rice and proceeded to double up on my own for some reason. This is not a language barrier issue since my wife is bilingual. Idk, I guess they don’t teach 1/2 in school nor chipotle training (if there is any). The lettuce was poorly cut resulting in 4 inch ribbons of freezer burnt greens that cooled down the meal to almost inedible. I believe the meat wasn’t kept at the proper temperature, but that I cannot prove. Waiting for that “for rent” sign to go up any day now. This place is a...
