The staff is very unprofessional and rude. I ordered a Toasted Vanilla Expresso Shaken ..NO ICE!!. I got to the window, the representative came from the back to ask me if I'm aware of what I ordered, stating it will be only Expresso, syrup and milk. I said yes. She proceeded to go make it, then the cashier went to her and said something then came back and said, still $8+.. 🙄 I said ok. I ordered a grande and received a Quarter cup of liquid. The cashier said that's how it comes.🙄🙄.. driving off. I heard her scream at me to back up. I did and she said "ur payment didn't go through ".. I asked her to scan again and repeat to her that I'm using points. The rep from the back came and complete the order, while the cashier making comments about me not being clear about how I was paying.. I usually buy in NJ cuz that's where I live and I order the same thing everyday as I usually don't drink my coffee or ice teas until 10 am and I'm buying at 6am. I don't care really for the cup being full but like seriously!!! And I sure didn't order any attitude with it. Not the first time I'm dealing with this store and they always deliver...

I stopped by this location this morning (June 27th) at around 9:30am and the barista, a young man named Seylon, was blatantly rude. Firstly, I greeted him with an audible, “good morning” and he said nothing back. I proceeded to place my order with my card and the receipt came out. The next employee had to give it to me because he just stormed off and didn’t say anything else to me. As he was making the Frappuccinos, I asked for almond milk. The young man then rolled his eyes, stating, “You should’ve said it before when you placed your order. Now I have to make it over.” Enough was enough. My concerns were addressed to his manager, who was very polite and heard me out. This young man is a poor representation of this company because when you go places as a customer, you’re not paying for someone’s attitude. Best Starbucks Experience in the Bronx
I’ve had my share of rough experiences at Bronx Starbucks locations, but this visit completely reversed that streak. This was the best Starbucks experience I’ve had in the Bronx, hands down.
Special thanks to the associate I believe is named Laukyu (apologies if the spelling isn’t exact). She was fantastic! We accidentally selected the wrong location for a mobile order pickup, and she swiftly fixed the issue and handed us the exact order we placed. She was not only efficient but also incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. Her demeanor and problem-solving left a lasting impression — she deserves a promotion for the excellent service she provided.
The drinks were on point as well. The entire team nailed it. Kudos to the Baristas for the hospitality.
Thank you all for making this experience memorable. Because of the courtesy and professionalism shown by Laukyu, we will definitely be returning to this location. Looking forward to...
