🪓From the moment I walked in, the friendly baristas made me feel at home. And as a result, I’ve been coming here weekly for the past few months.

ā˜•The lattes are inventive, the coffee is rich, and the egg-and-cheese bagels hit the spot every single time.

🧁Don’t skip the Danish pastries either, they’re always fresh and just the right amount of sweet.

šŸ¤What really makes this place special is the staff. They remember your name, your order, and make it with care, every time.

šŸ’»The space itself is bright and relaxed, with plenty of outlets šŸ”Œperfect for getting work done or simply unwinding.

šŸ«°šŸ¾I’ve even seen regulars bring treats for the baristas or stop by just to say hi with their kids in tow. That kind of connection doesn’t happen everywhere.

šŸ‡¹šŸ‡·Special shoutout to Ayten. Coffeeland is an absolute neighborhood gem thanks to her...

An employee at this establishment unlawfully kicked me out of the cafe for having my service dog with me after I had already payed for my coffee. I informed her that he was a registered service animal trained to help with my disability and that I had his service animal registration card with me. I also explained that legally I had a right to be in the establishment with him. She insisted that I had to leave and refused to look at his credentials. I was so off-put by this encounter that I left, however at the end of the day what this employee did was illegal. I highly encourage the managers/owners of this establishment to inform their employees of ADA laws and the rights of people with disabilities and their service animals. Would never return here after...

Really weird experience with the male working today at the barista counter. I asked for a drink correction and the attitude was unexpected. I come here often and I’m really shocked by the rude behaviour. Very unnecessary, if a customers asks for a correction there isn’t a reason to argue back and forth with them or get upset and have an attitude because the person at the cash didn’t hear what I asked for. He became dismissive and rolled his eyes saying he doesn’t get what I’m asking. I come here everyday if not twice a day spending 200$ on coffee a month. Really surprised by this behaviour because the other staff seem nicer. I called to speak to a manager but unfortunately no one...

I’ve had the coffee here before and it’s quite good but oh my god they can NOT make matcha. Matcha oat latte set me back 7 dollars and there were almost no detectable hints of matcha. Not kidding when I say that there was maybe a tablespoon (if that) of matcha for a huge cup of oat milk. The thing was hardly green and it really just felt like I was drinking a very expensive cup of milk. It’s been positive experiences with the coffee but I had to throw the matcha away and really wasn’t pleased about wasting 7 bucks.

Nice atmosphere and food, but they serve plastic forks that come in a plastic sleeve with a salt&pepper packet -- incredibly wasteful. Also, the fork is so thin that it bends, you can't use it (see photo). For the prices they charge, I'd really like a real knife and fork. Especially when they're serving on real plates. Why would they serve disposable plastic (that doesn't even work)? I know people have complained about it before, but they choose not to listen to their customers...
