Management! Whomever you had running the kitchen 1/28/2023 needs to be fired. Not only did they deliver uncooked potato wedges mixed in with cooked ones, they cooked a whole sandwhich order incorrectly! The order: Roast Beef Sandwich Hot on a ROLL well toasted with Mozzarella cheese BBQ sauce. What I received: over stuffed luckwarm roast beef on a HERO barely toasted with almost no mozzarella cheese and a drop, I mean a drop of BBQ sauce. The wedgies were for my companions order. The waitress took down the order correctly. They did not communicate to the waitress about the order they decided to make regarding the hero. It took 45 MINS to recieve our orders (a burger was with that)! To give us sub par food! No quality control off the line? The wedges were in edible, and I sent back the roast beef sandwhich and refused to order anything in its place. Your breakfast crew on weekdays is on point, but not the weekend. Dont let whoever's there weekends, hurt...

Cozy Cottage use to be one of the best eateries in the North Bronx. I personally order food from them periodically and the last several orders have either been wrong or at least an hour and "change" late! There's nothing like paying for rubbery bacon. I know they're extremely busy but they are a reputable restaurant or so I thought. It's sad because the food is usually awesome. If you have several hours to spare by all means order from Cozy Cottage but make sure you order your breakfast at 7 am so it can be delivered to you by 12 pm. They make the best Burgers around but their delivery is inexcusable. And I don't soley blame the delivery driver either; this is a Cozy...

I love how they offer a variety of delicious sides, from pasta to veggies, all seasoned perfectly. My go-to is the ground beef platter with onions and tomatoes. Sure, it might sound basic, but it tastes like something made at home with care, and that kind of comfort food is rare to find.

The staff are kind, helpful, and follow order instructions really well. I’ve only ever had one small issue, and that was years ago. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried, and I usually play "roulette" with the sides (letting them choose, Discordian like that anyway) and I’ve never been disappointed. That's...
