Crown fried chicken & pizza — Restaurant in New York

The delivery guy is rude and disrespectful and he assaulted me. Initially they got my order wrong and when he returned with my actual meal. He shouting at me about making complaints about my old meal and took the old food and threw it at me and splattered my private property with a pita burrito. He rode off on his bike. He was very hostile and offensive.

I complained to The staff and the management and they gave me the run arounc aboutvthere beinv no boss. Its is very disorganized and Unapologetic to the terrible customer service that I have received.

They did absolutely nothing and I'm thinking of calling the cops for vandilization of private property. They can not get away with...

Charged me for a apple snapper that i never got soda was hot fries were kinda hard, mac was decent, sweet potato pie was okay, got wings a little burnt and salty but good, fish a little over cooked but good said it whiting but I dont think its whiting its to thick...I would order again but since they charge me for something I didnt get 3 stars i know he heard me because he repeated my order too me twice and charged for it....also was trying to add stuff i didn't say while we were talking in the phone kinda think he charged for that stuff too because I kinda feel like the total was high before I even mentioned the apple snapple so be careful...

There customer service sucks and they don't understand anything you say. I tried to tell them 10 times that the address I gave them is of a shopping center. I worked in one of the stores in that shopping center. I even gave them the name of the store they still didn't deliver to the store. Cussing and disrespectful over the phone I would never order from them again for as long...
