UPDATE: Last two orders from this location have been complemented by HORRIBLE service. The issue tonight (6/27) just took the cake. Ordered off the website and began receiving update texts that the pizza was being made and it was picked up and on the way. A whole 45 minutes passed since THAT text and no pizza, but the next text says Door Dash picked up the order. Ok... so I call the store to request the order number so that I can now track it via Door Dash. Dialed 4 for manager and I guess the gentleman that answered was he. Became combative with me, as I inquired about where my order was and then refused to give me the order number after I had already shared all my information. Then hung up on me after telling me he canceled the order. I can get as ornery as the next but I was super even keel with him just wanted to be able to track the pizza after now waiting over an hour plus for it. So, this location that I was proud to support, has lost my allegiance . Clearly folk have lost their sense of customer service, this "manager" did NOT care... its a shame... Canarsie is a diversity food choice desert... so restaurants that make it here have the potential to monopolize and this is how you value patrons? Read moreI encountered a very unpleasant thing today on 2/14/2020. I served Uber food in such a cold weather, shall I go to the store? The waiter told me that it was okay. I waited 5 minutes and asked again how long? The other person's attitude is very bad, tell me 20 minutes, can't wait to leave! I asked the manager at the time? Read moreIf I could give less stars than this, I would. My actual rating for this place is -1 stars. I ordered a pizza at 5:32 expecting it to be a 35 minute wait, as they like to advertise. Almost two hours later, and I'm still waiting. I called them and I'm on hold with them right now. 15 minutes on hold and a worker with an attitude picks up. Excuse me? You had me wait for two hours and had the audacity to catch an attitude? You should've sent the pizza! She said we had to wait so she could cancel the order. What order? I doubt there even was one. Had we needed to eat quickly before running out we would've starved. The customer service is atrocious and the wait time is terrible. This isn't the first time this happened to me either. The most recent time I ordered before it was close to an hour and a half wait.
