Where do I even begin. I have been with my now fiancé for over 5 years and Dees has a special place in our hearts. Every conversation every moment we shared together every decision we ever made we did it in that establishment. Now I’m in the business and the food is always good at dees but what makes them special is the way they are lead to deliver a incredible experience each every time you go there. A few people I’d like to shout out. Leyna who has been there for a extremely long time is by far one of the nicest and most hardworking humble human soul Iv ever come across. She always put the customer first and there has been times where Iv seen customers be rude to her for no reason and I have to remind my self that I am not the boss there but I am a regular so I should step in and make sure she gets treated good because she is so kind and has always been there to make our experience incredible. Next I had a experience with a young gentleman named Shane. He’s newer to the team but he really went above and beyond for my family On my dads birthday and my family came from Deer Park and love eating at Dees now. Finally I must mention Sean who is the leader of this establishment. Being someone in the business and doing this for a living I must give credit where it’s due and your ability to connect with the customer and your team is why dees is so respected and why I will always come back. I commend you for always making sure that my guest and I from a awesome birthday party to a regular Friday night experience was incredible each and every time. I recently had the pleasure of dining at a charming little Italian restaurant called "Dee’s NYC" and had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance that made us feel right at home.

To start off our meal, we decided to indulge in a classic Italian favorite - pizza. We ordered the Classico & Forest Hills pizza, and it was a true delight. The crust was perfectly crispy, the tomato sauce was flavorful, and the melted mozzarella cheese brought everything together in a mouthwatering symphony of flavors. It was evident that the pizza had been made with love and attention to detail. Also, we requested a sprinkle of truffle oil on both which brought the pizza to another level.

We couldn't resist trying the calamari. To our delight, the calamari was cooked to perfection - tender, not at all chewy, and lightly seasoned with just the right amount of herbs and spices. The accompanying dipping sauce added a tangy kick that perfectly complemented the crispy exterior of the calamari. It was a plate of seafood perfection.

To accompany our delectable meal, we opted for a bottle of Riesling wine recommended by our fabulous waitress, Arianna.

We couldn't have asked for a better waitress. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel like valued guests throughout our dining experience. She took the time to explain the menu, answer our questions.

Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. If you're looking for a cozy Italian restaurant with delicious food and exceptional service. You won't be disappointed.

Placed an online delivery order for 2 people. One attempt was made to call to inform us of an item not available. The phone rang once and we answered immediately, with no one on the other line. We called Dee's within 30 seconds of their call to ask about the missing item (known due to an email notification), and was told the item was indeed out but that the delivery driver had already left with the item that was available.

The food delivered was a turkey burger and fries. Did not come with the listed sides (slaw and curry infused fries). Only came with plain fries were easily in the top 3 of worst I've had. Soggy, bland, no salt or seasoning (even though they were listed as Curry fries). Eating a raw potato probably would have been more appetizing. Turker burger was okay, but nothing to write home about.

Disappointed with missing items that should have came with the delivered food, disappointed with the food that was delivered, and disappointed with unsatisfactory/late attempt at notifying us of an out-of-stock menu option. Should have been notified of unavailable entree earlier. Who only finds out that one of your meals is unavailable 30 seconds before the order is picked up? Shouldn't they have known when the order was being started in the kitchen??? Poor customer service and food experience.
