I recently went to this nail salon and had the most TERRIBLE experience. Picture added of the trama my nails have been through. This will take months to repair. I will NEVER return nor was offered a refund. The nail tech literally told me I was being too picky as well. Terrible terrible service.I went in for SNS powder set and stressed how I do not like the UV light on my nail and the technician Jennifer insisted that I needed it. Literally a few hours after I got home the set started to shatter. I went in the next day and all they did was refile my nails add a glossy top coat and again used the UV light after I told them not to. Literally the following day the same thing happened the nails started to shatter and due to being out of town I had to wait 4 days before returning to get this repaired (fyi that would make 3 visits in 5 days). Once I returned I went in and was told no one at the salon could help me until Jennifer was in the following day. No one else can do SNS!?! Yeah ok…..So now 5th time going in a WEEK! Jennifer did my nails again the following day and literally as soon as I got home the pointer finger broke right in half. Every hour another nail broke. My nails have been through extreme trama not to mention the trauma it put me through. All my nails are severely damaged due to the nails breaking so close to my skin. Unfortunately this place has gone done hill. They used to be great. They took their time with their nails. They used to offer snacks, tea, water. They took people back on time. And their prices were fair. Nothing was offered this time.

I made an appointment for me and my husband at 11 am. They did mani pedi on him. They never even took off the cuticle from his manicure. I happened to notice and mentioned it. They took another 30 mins taking off his cuticle. So what were they doing for the other hour?

Then mine. I showed the woman exactly what I wanted and had the photo out the entire time. She did everything but that. I went in for a gel fill in. She tried telling me I needed a whole new set which $115? My nails are my own, why would I need a whole new set. Honestly the service was so bad. I got there at 11am. Left at 330. 4 1/2 hours. Nails came out horrible! My manicure turned brown the day after I got them done from all the stuff they were dropping into their old,sticky, clumpy nail polish. I actually had to attend a wedding with my nails looking disgusting like that. When I called the next day to tell the manager, she immediately started yelling and told me if I didn't come right then to get them fixed I would not be able to. When I explained that I was at work and could only come in the following day she said no because she wasn't going to have any employees there, so I said "oh you will be closed?" and she said no they were going to be open with no employees?? It made no sense. When I asked her to explain what she meant she told me that "it was my problem" then proceeded to text me continuously once the conversation was over!
