This is the second time I'm leaving a bad comment about this particular Dunkin Donuts. (Last time they made my order wrong 3 times in one visit!) I came in wish to get strawberry banana smoothie for my kids using the free beverage which I was always able to do and this time was told no. The staff told me free beverage is for Dunkin product only and the drink I want is from Baskin robbins. I informed him that this is not the first time I redeem smoothie as a free beverage and ask him to scan my phone, and it didn't scan. So I thought maybe policy changed so I paid for it. I was wondering why he charged me over $6 when the drink is only $4.99 on the board, but by that time I was holding up the line and at the same time trying to control my kids not to run around and disturb other customers in the store so I figured it's ringed up by the computer it must be right. I ignored the problem. After coming home, my husband told me that "oh, you were tricked, there is a Dunkin version of the smoothie and they're not telling you about it, I had to ask them to change it to Dunkin version last time because they tried the same thing with me." I was so shocked! How stingy! They were holding up the line to avoid giving me a free smoothie! Unbelievable! Bad business practice! And the worse thing was that he wasn't the only server there knew I had the problem and no one spoke up! Please please please don't go to that place, they don't deserve a dime from customers! I don't normally rate business because my dad was a restaurant owner and I knew how difficult it was to run a business. But for my dad, the customer always came first, which is not the case in this one! I felt strongly responsible for avoiding another victim falling into their preying hands! This is just unacceptable. Anyone else having the similar experience visiting this store please speak up!
I read other review and appearantly "theft is a problem in this store", and they do not welcome people who uses free beverage points....
Read moreI like this chain in general, who doesn't love Dunkin. But the staff is always changing and the service is hit or miss. There are days when everything flows and you can order and get out in minutes. Then there's times when you're ready to jump behind the counter and get the staff moving.
I come here every weekend. Never bothered to post a review. It's Dunkin. You either like it or don't. Like how people are about Starbucks. I always order a medium latte, I just change from iced to hot pending weather. But I also always order their snack food for my kids. They love those darn egg wraps. I don't know why but they do. My one kid in particular, orders her wrap no cheese but with extra egg. This location always changes the price or how they enter the item when I have to pay. The cost for the extra egg was $0.50 - $2.00. They kill me every time I order this. It always has to be adjusted or the clerk doesn't know how to ring it up. It's nuts. Remember I come every week!
So for their service they got a star taken away. The rest of the food is usually on point with what the chains offer. My only other peeve is when I order a tuna melt and then get handed a cold tuna sandwich. It's NOT...
