King Wok — Restaurant in New York

Wow this USED TO BE my favorite chinese food place for delivery but the lady there is making up stories. She said I ordered the food then didn't open the door when they came. This NEVER happened. I called again and the guy told me that it's too far for delivery, which is retarded because they didn't have a problem the last few times I ordered. There's never a need to lie, you have just lost a loyal customer. TERRIBLE customer service. If you don't mind idiots, I highly recommend this place.

And to Jenteel, I'm sorry that you had to go through this. Your experience was much more horrible than mine. And you know what sucks out of all this? They are still going to be in business after all this trouble. I think my reviews are pretty fair as well but how the hell is a place to stay in business if they're deceiving and rude? I hope readers will have second thoughts about coming here because it isn't worth it in the end. Off to search for a respectable chinese...

First, and last time I order from this place!! I placed my order 😌 everything was going well till I asked to pay with my card. Then the guy on the phone exhale, and ( quote.. Don't you have $15.00 cash?? I replied nicely 🙂 no sir, I don't have $15.00 cash.. then he proceeded to ask me about the driver's money?? 💰 ) For which I answered don't about the delivery guy I will take care of it. Not for anything I think that was completely out of line, and unnecessary. That being said, at their menu is printed FREE delivery of minimum of $12.00!! To the guy that takes the orders, please 🙏🏻 always deliver 💯 % customer service. And never ask if your customers have cash. 💸 💰 Remember your are charging taxes, and also getting paid regardless of the method that is being used. Also keep in mind that you are not giving me anything free!!! Completely unprofessional!! And just for that I will never do business with...

Seriously disappointed in this food. The chicken dishes like general tsos chicken is very fatty and squishy its like a mouth full of chicken fat each bite. They drown it in a way too sweet sauce, places of the dish that should be filled up with chicken are filled with sauce instead.

The noodle dishes are very bland needed to cover it in soy sauce to get any flavor. The chicken wings are tiny and have a weird texture like biting through cartilage.

Also this is just a personal nitpick but i dislike places that pick up the phone angry like you are bothering them for trying to give them your business. They give you an attitude and hang up after you say thank you, no manners ontop of bad food.
