The staff here is AWEFUL!!! Today will be my last visit here!!! I pay extra for Almond Milk due to my lactose issue and repeatedly got whole milk, which leads to immediate stomach issues!!!! Today I inform the manager of the repeated mishap and I double checked with the person making my Latte, to insure she got it right. She gave me the biggest, rudest attitude ever!!!! I have officially boycotted this DD. Hard bagels, stale croissants and occasionally soft muffins. Don't get me started on their lattes! Came gor pick up and the employees can't be any more rude and unprofessional. I explained that I am working for uber and picking up an order. I requested to use the restroom and the counter is saying that is not public. The law in nyc says that you must provide for restroom to couriers. This is a trend now to say this to us.
