Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

My chicken was dry as EVER. I ordered about $60 worth of chicken and after I placed my order I was told I would have to wait 6 to 10 minutes for biscuits. I was told that would have mattered in my order. My chicken was dry and cold. I did not get my biscuits. I got a small mashed potatoes six biscuits. My chicken was cold and tasted old. The Jamaican lady in the front counter was so rude and unaccommodating, and basically wanted to fight me over me asking for a substitution although her coworkers wanted to assist me in the accommodation for my missing food. again I paid almost $60 for my order and was expecting my biscuits and after I already swiped for my order part of my order would not be ready. I was obviously upset and this lady at the front desk obviously had a bad day and did not want to do anything to assist or accommodate me after spending my hard earned money, if you’re looking for a Popeyes to go to, don’t go to this one because they don’t appreciate the...

I ordered 2 big boxes and was told by the cashier I have to pay an extra $3 for breast. She said it’s on the fine print of the window poster leg and thigh only. I went to the window it said no such thing. Then she said it’s the print under the fine print. I showed her the app allows for breast and wing with no additional charge. Then she said her manager said leg and thigh only and the register doesn’t have an option for breast. So I canceled one in store order, stood there and ordered on the app because this grown woman is playing in my face. When I got home, the receipt she rang up said breast and wing $6, no additional charge. Why did I have to go back n forth with someone trying to insult my intelligence and overcharge me for chicken. I wasn’t going to leave a review but to add to my aggravation my fries were cold and my coleslaw was orange looking and had some slime to it. I don't shop at this location often , but when I do....the food is usually good . However , it went different on this particular visit . I went up to the counter to place my order like usual (2 pieces and a side order of fries) . I soon realized that there was barely any breast meat on the chicken and mostly just skin (after eating it halfway at home) . The chicken leg didn't taste like it was thoroughly cooked . Not to mention , there were utensils in my bag . The lady who made my order seemed to have a bit of an attitude , but I paid it no mind .
