Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

the donuts were good I actually enjoyed the donuts the breakfast sandwich was good but there's something I've noticed at a lot of Dunkin donuts and 7-Eleven locations for some reason when you go into these locations you have a very strong burnt smell and sometimes you can actually even taste the smell and the ice cuz I like to get a cup of ice sometimes when I have a coffee or have a soda I just like a plain cup of ice but I've noticed there's some type of burnt smell it just seems like it gets into the ice and it seems like it's a different locations and I've smelled this at 7-Elevens in San Jose California I've smelled this at 7-Eleven locations in New York I've smelled this at 7-Eleven locations in Chicago this is several places several City several States I just find it to be funny and I've smelled this at different dunkin' donut locations between New York Connecticut Philadelphia I don't know what it is but the donuts were decent like I said the coffee was good sandwich was good but just a cup of ice and actually my soda had that smell or taste like...

Today’s date February 24 at 6:30 PM I ordered a medium hot hazelnut latte. The young gentleman did not even put the milk through the machine, when I told him , he said he did.. liar, when my wife opened the latte she said it was black coffee. This pissed Me offf.. I also ordered a toasted croissant, when I came home my son opened it up and it was not wrapped, it was just tossed into the bag. Ordered a medium, oat milk, caramel latte, and this is what I got. There was no caramel, and my drink was not even complete. This is not the first time this location has messed up my order but being that it’s conveniently located right next to the metro north it makes it easier to grab a cup of coffee but if you don’t make the order right, there’s no point.

This wasent even a latte it taste like hot coffee that they poured oatmilk into. If you need better coffee, there is a Dunkin’ Donuts located on 233rd and white plains road that gets your order...
