Please avoid this place at all cost. I went here to get a gel manicure and get my eyebrows done and when I say, awful!! Jennifer is not there anymore and I don’t blame her as this place is so RUN DOWN. The lady who was doing my eyebrows literally took a chunk off my eyebrows and was going to leave me like that until I told her that it was not even like the other brow and she didn’t understand and there was someone with her who understood english and translated it to her and then she fixed my eyebrow but still. You should stick to practicing how to do eyebrows versus just doing someone’s eyebrows without no practice or no good skill to do them. On top of that, when I was doing my gel manicure. the lady who was handling me DID NOT take her time and rushed the whole service, she didn’t even clean underneath my nails, she just didn’t even care. I will not be going here anymore and wasting my time and money to support a run down business, they need some management training and a whole new set of nail techs who actually like and care for their work. How the hell do you even get your license and you’re not even taking your time with your clients. On top of that they mainly focus on fake acrylics more than real natural nails. They need to do better! 1 star and will never return to this...

I should've never gotten my nails done here! 1. You walk in all them look unfriendly especially the first three African Americans at the first three tables, this is coming from an African American woman. Anyways... 2. What I asked for versus what I got . The Jamaican lady plus the actual staff the day before told me that they could do something but it wasn't properly executed. I had to ask the Jamaican lady to fix my nail because she was trying to do something I didn't like, second go round I still was unhappy and she knew that but I was rushing for my baby shower smh! P.s during the process she cut my real nails without asking (caught me off guard) and one of my nails burnt when she put the fake nail on my nail. I wasn't going to write a review but then I took my nails off, I couldn't even soak them without it burning n get them done over, they're so damaged and a some of them had cuts in the middle & some of my nails u can see the pink meat under the nail . I've never had such a bad experience with a gel manicure. An older woman did my gel manicure and it was a disaster. She kept putting coat after coat after coat of color. She kept removing the color and putting it back. I honestly thought I was being pranked. The whole process took WAY longer than I'm used to. The finished look is terrible. The color isn't fully on my nail, there are bubbles, and the overall look is very unprofessional. There were several roaches in the area where I was seated and nothing was done about it. She left me and proceeded to do a pedicure then called me over to HER after scrubbing a lady's foot and wanted to grab my hand like that. It was a NIGHTMARE.
