I heard this office was good. I called to make me n my kids an appointment twice. First Lady gave me problems I told them I’ll call back. I finally call back to be put on hold for more than 6 times cause the rep doesn’t know what to do. Then I get out on hold one last time to tell me I can’t have my appointment anymore.. this seems like a very confused office. I haven’t even gotten seen from the facility and I’m already having trouble! ... forwarding to two months now this office is horrible some of the staff is nice but idc about that the doctor keeps sending em n my kids wrong medication!!! Every time I call I can’t speak to nobody you hear gibberish and your on hold for over 5 minutes I realized I was on hold the second time for over 10!!! Pleaseee save yourself the trouble of going here I have to wait to transfer my kids cause they don’t have vaccinations to administer to children!! And I was trying to get my kids in school before they miss their place!! I’m definitely reporting this office! And Physician!!!! Reporting as much as I could or as many times as I can! I wouldn’t even give this place no stars...

Been coming here since I was in middle school theres always a long wait . And even though the ladies in the front are Angel's and I love them, I really hate coming here . I typically spend 2 to 3 hours just for a physical ! I came in for a 3:45 appointment with the Dermatologist & as soon as I walked in at 3:30 he walks out the front door! I asked him where he was going because I was his last appointment. He told me his last appointment was scheduled for 3:15 and to reschedule for next week ! I was furious! I came all the way up from white plains for nothing ! I wasted my time and money just to be told to come back next week! It's always a hassle scheduling an appointment with the dermatologist, he's only there from Monday through Thursday & he's gone after 3:30! So he's always booked! The only reason why I rated 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff is really nice, besides them & because of my insurance, I would rather be taken care of...

Well I will start with Misha the nurse..I was so devastated by the loss of my fiancé I didn’t know how I was going to be able to walk in and see the doctor.She was soo kind..helpful.. encouraging and made me feel hopeful of my situation.I felt like GOD placed her there for ME!!Then as I was leaving the office I was trying to make an appointment crying in between talking I just had another crying spell… and this beautiful soul Carmen office management was there and filled me up with her wonderful spirt.. and awesome up lifting advice!
