Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Ok. So you just did an extensive upgrade to the shop. The place looks great. However. the coffee is not the same. I don't know if you're trying to make the $$ back from the upgrade, but you are screwing people over, with your EXTREMELY ( THIN ) coffee!!! What did you guys 1/2 the recipe. I went in there last night and the coffee was so thin it was like drinking coffee TEA! Like drinking a cup of warm milk ! I saw the last time that I was in there that the coffee was almost CLEAR when the guy was filling my cup. I remembered that from the past few times I've been in there recently. I used to work in a coffee shop, and was in the deli business for many years. I NOTICE when the coffee looks like TEA coming from the urn. You think that you're saving $$ by screwing people over like that? You're not. You're LOSING customers, because the coffee there sucks now, Stop trying to be greedy, and put the correct amount of coffee in the machine, so the coffee is like COFFEE -- NOT Coffee TEA! Thin as water. Like drinking a hot cup of milk, even when asking the guy to make it dark. I ordered a small, and only drank half of it. Stop playing GAMES with your customers to save...

Absolutely disgusting behavior and manger, they constantly gets my order wrong , and have attitude about making anything. I come here when I have appointments so I know they get lots of business, I park my car here when I get my drinks and food. And the manager threatens to tow my car because he said he did not see me purchasing anything. When I explained I purchased multiple things and can show my receipt he said i don’t care I can make 380 towing your car anyway, I don’t want your money. I am towing another car now! That was the most disgusting thing someone can say who runs a business.

I had back to back appointments 3 days in a row . And spent 30-40 dollars each day on me and my child on nonsense for them to charge extra for everything, caramel whipped cream when in the picture it comes with it ! Burnt bagel, burnt hash browns. I visited this Dunkin Donuts near the NYU hospital because I live 2 blocks away on 11/11/22 at roughly 3PM. Dunkin’ Donuts does not care one bit about a customers diet. As I am lactose intolerant, I asked for coconut milk in my milkshake and they told me NO! The ice cream was tolerable but I cannot have straight dairy added. As I told the manager this he said he did not care and still no. To add insult to injury (figure of speech), the guy placing my order started laughing at me.
