Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I love dunkin' donuts but this dunkin' donut was terrible. I asked the girl for a pumpkin spice iced coffee. I requested the iced coffee but she gave me the latte anyway, which was more money, I did not ask for this. Also we was in the line two or three people in the line she decides to leave the line to fix other customers drinks instead of her taking our order and then fixing other people's drinks or letting the other guy that was there take our orders she decided to leave us hanging with nobody to help us there is no reason for me to stay in the store a half an hour waiting for service that was so ridiculous the service is lousy at this dunkin' donuts and they are not a friendly staff I will not be coming...

After a little over 10 years of coming to this place maybe more, i've begun to visit less and less. The staff in addition to being reduced are terribly unprofessional (mostly at night) and they rarely ever have a variety of donuts and muffins to choose from. Good customer service is lacking these days it seems. Too bad that Mike's Diner is closed just across the street because, this store in no way makes up for quality pastry, food or anything else besides coffee. Their ice cream is over priced and of...

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to put my experience from one store, so I am giving my overall experience since I visited Dunkin stores so often. For some reason, when I go into a Dunkin' Donuts, I am often greeted with seriousness that is unfamiliar to my lighter brothers and sisters. I am an African American male, I am often dressed decent, and I carry myself well. I greet the staff pleasantly with a smile, but it is often not reciprocated.
