Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

This place has really bad customer service. When the staff gets the order wrong, they won't change, very stubborn and unwilling to budge. Very rude staff. I told them to change my order and they lied to me that they couldn't because the order was already made when I could see clearly they didn't even start. And they speak in Bengali about their customers. Very unprofessional. And don't stay over 15 mins because they will kick you out. I'm not sure why dunkin hires these old ladies who don't speak English and haven't learned a bit of manners. If you can know Bengali, then you will know what they are saying. Judging from their tone and their gestures, I can understand it's not good stuff.

Mind you, I had a drink on me and because I sat over 15 mins, they kicked me out.

Don't support this business, otherwise you only validate their horrible behavior. Dunkin should vet their employees well and give them some training. Some basic etiquettes would be nice.

No wonder dunkin has fallen behind in New York. It's filled with untrained and rude employees all over the state. I've visited other dunlins, but none as bad as this.

After a couple weeks of going to this Dunkin my friends and I had noticed that the people making our drinks kept blatantly getting our drinks wrong. We figured it was because there was a line and they were short staffed, but when it was just us in the store we finally decided to point out there was either no pumpkin in our drinks (the way we ordered it) and/or it was just a completely different drink. We were told by the manager “just take it for today.” Then today we decided to go in and the manager starts commenting on our order stating that we don’t pay for the lattes without ever having a coupon. (Which we figured was the point of their sip and peel promotion) why give out coupons if you don’t want customers to use them? Anyways we asked for them to fix our drinks and the manager started to argue with us then talk about us to other workers while fixing our orders. This Dunkin’ Donuts need to learn how to treat their customers. On 5/1/20 I stop by this store ordered a muffin and when I was waiting for my changes she tried to Cheat me out of my money. she also threw my remaining change at me and my change landed on the floor. That’s how hurt she throws my change at me . I guess she was upset because I know how to count. This worker was very rude and unprofessional toward me as a customer .
