This is the most most worst please to dine in. Today we went there for dinner . We went there 9.25pm ,when the waitress came we place the order around 9.35 pm. It took 15 min to all the food came . So we receive all our food around 9.50pm. Before 10pm one of the employee came to me and said we have to live right now , because they want to leave.We don’t understand if they have to leave at 10 pm how can they take dine-in until 9.30. What they think? Only 10 min is enough to eat with your family including kids? Still we request them to give us 5 min to let my kids finish his food but they said they can’t. So I have stop my kids from eating what I paid and leave the pkace . I still could not get out from the situation what we been through. It’s a big NOOO...

Just called on the phone and was rudely ask to hold on. Then when I tried to place my order she was speaking very fast and unclear. I asked her to repeat her self and I guess that got her mad. I continued to place my order and she kept rudely rushing me and when I asked to substitute something because of an allergy she rudely again yelled and said no. When I pushed back saying I have an allergy she said she will charge me for the substitution. I told her that would’ve been fine, but I do not appreciate her attitude and will no be giving her my money, therefore cancelling the order. If you want to have a good business you should try to make your service as good as your food. If they treat their customers this poorly they should rethink...

Visited this restaurant for the first time after my Family advised that there was a new Japanese restaurant in the neighborhood. Usually I travel as far as Sunnyside, Astoria, etc. for my sushi and thought I would try Shogun as it is substantially closer to my home than the other establishments. Although I am a new customer, I was impressed with the interior decor, friendliness of the lady at the front desk who took my order and most importantly, the quality of the sushi/sashimi combination which I ordered. Also, the price of my order was somewhat less than what I usually spend to obtain the same type of order.
If the above conditions continue to be consistent, I won't have to travel clear across Queens to enjoy a quality...
