BAD FOR BUSINESS. Rude & unprofessional. While I was sitting in there, multiple, potential customers came in & asked to use the bathroom. The old, cranky guy, with a gray beard & glasses, said "no". When they offered to buy something, he still said "no". Would he prefer people to have "accidents" on the floor, to have to clean up? One by one, they walked out. Never spend your money in a business that has an "Employees Only" sign on their bathroom door. When customers, especially women & children, are not allowed to relieve themselves in a dignified manner or wash their hands, then spend your money somewhere else. There are plenty of other coffee places in Staten Island. This shop is dirty, stinky, trash everywhere & stained tables & chairs. This Mgr does not appreciate or respect their customers. Go...

Read moreThe ABSOLUTE WORST!!! 25 people working and no one knows what's going on. Waited 15 minutes for a plain coffee and a donut . They set a coffee out on the counter and never announced that it was there or what it was. Everybody handled my "coffee" (which they got wrong and made a cappuccino) trying to figure out if it was theirs. Nobody announced it was a medium coffee and it wasn't labeled.
