Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in New York

If they had NO STAR OPTION I wouldn’t give them 1 Came here for a birthday cake it was my birthday decided to try one of their cakes. Which I regret. As I’m paying for my cake I asked if I can put my phone number in for my rewards the asain lady cashing me out didn’t barely know ENGLISH couldn’t understand a word I was saying seemed confused. Second didn’t allow me too put my phone number in for my rewards soo I can earn for my purchase. I told her multiple times and she still didn’t put it in. I looked on my receipt my number wasn’t added. I had to go online and add in my receipt number myself. She CLEARLY doesn’t know about cold stones rewards program or she didn’t want me to earn ??? I’m confused! Another thing is Coldstone gave me a reward BOGO for ice cream soo while I was getting my cake I decided too get ice cream too. Order two (I love it) ice creams which the guy who made it didn’t make it right it was soo sloppy dripping melting all over the cup! I have pictures too prove. So I tell him this doesn’t look right and he try’s wrapping it In seren wrap. His name is Louie. He did allow me too put my phone number for rewards I guess he understood that. He didn’t know how too apply BOGO coupon that was printed from the register from my number he ask asain lady and she has a attitude and is telling him I can’t use my coupon he explained to her it’s my birthday coupon it’s not expired she gets mad and starts screaming at the guy cashing me out looked to be her son. Ok so she applies it after two people working there telling her it’s fine and I sign my receipt and handed her pen and receipt back and she SNATCHS IT HOW RUDE! I always come her for ice cream NEVER experience something like that don’t think...

BEWARE! Very disappointed with this location and shame on you! My son went there and informed the girl behind the counter that he had a life-threatening nut allergy and asked her to take the ice cream from a fresh tub, which they keep in the back. We have been customers of this Cold Stone location for years. She refused saying that ice cream was too hard for her to scoop. That’s too bad! Ask someone else to help you if you can’t do it. She ended up going in the back to do it, but hid there so he couldn’t see if she actually taking proper safety precautions to assure he did not contaminated ice cream. Do you understand that he can die?! So he paid for the ice cream and threw it out because he wasn’t sure she did the right thing for him to make sure it was safe for him to eat. I hope the health department goes there to audit them. We will NOT be returning and while go to Carvel or Ralph’s, they don’t have a problem doing the right and safe thing for...

I am usually very pleased with my pickup/delivery experiences at this Coldstone. Usually, I could have posted a 5 star review. Today, as a delivery professional who works as an independent contractor, I was informed I could not use a staff/customer bathroom, while I was out on a delivery work job. Orders have been correct, accurate, & timely for my customers in the past, so I will still give a 4 star review. I observe staff regularly working to keep the Coldstone establishment clean, sanitary, & following C-19 precautions. However, as an independent contractor who frequents many restaurants, I was disappointed with my delivery experience/pickup today. I plan to take my dollar vote during off hours to Key Food or Shop Rite for personal ice cream pickups, which is a disappointment, as I might have frequented this restaurant as a customer in my personal time if it were not for 1 experience during my...
