Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Everytime I order from this Dunkin Donuts I am reminded of why I don't come here. This is the Dunkin that is closest to where I live, and usually, I don't order here because there has been a continuous amount of times where my order is wrong and made without a care in the world. Today when I came here to get a $6 meal deal, it was terrible. Today when I got my food from this establishment on Rockaway Boulevard my food was just made and wasn't even hot. I witnessed the lady make my food, and she didnt even care enough to let my sandwich sit in the oven to get hot enough for me to eat. I also ordered another bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich on the side and the cheese wasn't even melted, it was just thrown on top of the room temp sandwich making it even more unappetizing. My iced coffee was handed to me as soon as I ordered and I mixed it in well, but it was still completely watered down. They might just be giving you a dab of coffee and a bunch of creamer in a cup filled up with extra ice (which I did not ask for). I also asked for my iced coffee to be french vanilla, but that was no where near found in my drink at all. Please save your money and...

Why Bathrooms are not for customers any more, i been comming to this DD for years and was never a problem but the last year they only allow friends and people they know, today i was very sick i needed to use the bathroom a postal worker give the key back to them and then the lady in the cash register says thay dont have a bathroom This is the first time I hear this. I literally saw the other customer coming out the bathroom And it was obvious that I was desperate to get in the bathroom but she didn’t care at all I’ve been eating this Dunkin’ Donuts for years and I spent a lot of my money I have no problems with the food there but that’s not polite. Shame on the workers I just believe that they don’t wanna let people use it because I don’t want to clean it they only give it to the people that they like...

Horrible!! Make sure you check your order!! I ordered hash browns and a sweet pepper bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. The hash browns had been sitting in a tray since the quarantine!!!! All 5 or 6 if them were dried up and stuck together. They cut the bacon in half and tell you you're getting 3 pieces of bacon, which is actually 1 and a half strips!! While waiting for my order, they got every order before me wrong (4)! Instead of good customer service and an apology, they have the nerve to have an attitude. The manager corrected my order after I requested a refund. I know times are hard, but why make food in advance for the sake of speed when you can prepare it fresh. I guess they don't want people waiting around. Understandable, but I'll go wait...
