Hope this store does well , oke major issue i have is the portions of carbs and veggies, it is not enough and should be much much more(bigger pan for rice) the food taste good but I must warn new restaurant owners of my community fo serve more carbs and veggies to your customers, you have to deliver value to new customers to keep a lower churn rate , i understand starting a business is costly and 6 months to a year can be neutral profit but I've seen too many restaurants not sustain from not beating value of established restaurants.
