Delicious/exceptional service; authentic/cozy experience; great value
Needed to find a spot kill some time unexpectedly. It seems the cuisine is Dominican. Host/bartender was exceptionally nice and showed me all the prepared food in a covered warmer. I got two pieces of chicken and a small portion of beef stew. Both were delicious but the chicken was much more tender. Big selling point was the 27 degree ICE cold beer cooler. Both modelos had a bit of ice and were entirely frosted over. They were served with plenty of limes. Wanted to order more but had too little room and time. So glad to enjoy authentic and homey places like this. It was cash only but the atm fee was only $1.75. My small meal and two beers was $20. There’s outdoor and indoor seating. I been a customer for over 20 years. The meats are always marinated and seasoned to perfection. The Moro is always on point. You could eat the beans ALONE, that’s how good they are.
