Pizzeria La Grande — Restaurant in New York

Horrible servicio de lo que parece el dueño. Una person que no sabe absolutamente nada de servicio al cliente, he tendido varías malas experiencias con este individuo. Varias veces me ha hecho pizzas incorrectas y hoy me manda la pizza una hora y media después y fría, y pero hice espera ese tiempo y no Hugo una pizza fresca. Aún me dijo por teléfono que en 10 minutos. Lo llama para hablar acercade la compra y me grito por teléfono le colgué para no frústrame. Le surgiero al dueño que deje este negocio a su esposa que es muy amable y sabe tratar a los cliente que frecuentan su lugar. Y que haga la pizza el chiquito mexicano también sabe trataré a los clientes y hace la pizza mejor de ese lugar. Ese hombre bravo amaragado no debería de cocinarle nada para nadie... esa energía/ vibración que tiene tan baja debería de ir a trabajar con crimínales no con comida que consumen de su lugar. Y les hablo por que hubo un tiempo 3/4 veces mensuales compro allí he invierto de $30- $50 cada ves. Tan horrible que cuando se que el está haciendo comida usualmente no pido espero que el se vía para pedirle al chiquito que tiene más habilidad, have mejor pizza, nunca te da algo mal hecho y mejor actitud... cuando lo vean no pida pizza. He perdido mi dinero con este lugar más...

They are charging $4 for a slice of pizza smaller and thinner than a small Domino’s slice of pizza. Its ridiculous.

I could understand if you are getting the best slice of pizza in the bronx or even in the area. But nope is a regular slice with barely any cheese or toppings for $4.
