Food Dynasty Supermarket — Local services in New York

I just came to this Food Dynasty just a few moments ago and WAS ABOUT TO CALL 911! I just stopped in at 0849 am before heading to work. There was only one register open, so I went to the woman who was available. She never once made eye contact with me (which was unprofessional in itself). She only continued talking to her friend at the end of the aisle. I bought only 1 bag of salad to take to work and the total came to $1.67. I handed her a $20 dollar bill. So she is supposed to give me back $18.33. She only gives me .33 cents! I told her, listen, you know I just handed you a twenty dollar bill. Why are you handing me .33 cents? She proceeds to tell me to wait and makes me wait until she counts the entire register! I asked for a manager and had to wait a while for him too! When he arrived, I explained what happened and he didn't want to hear it! I told him that I will call the police unless my correct change of $18.33 is returned! They proceed to tell me that they are $4 short in all their cash drawers. Like, how is that my fault?! It doesn't even apply or make sense for that matter when you do the math. I turned to the woman and said, then what amount of money do you think I handed you? She goes "$2". I said, HOW?! When I handed you a SINGLE BILL?! I told them to CHECK THE CAMERAS THEN! The manager and coworkers were all very RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL and ALL CLEARLY LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's not my fault that the cashier was not paying attention when a customer was making a purchase. I stated again that I will call the police unless my money is returned. All the while they were making me late to work! They decided to finally give me $18.33 back and I said no, give me my whole $20! As a result of the way I was treated at this store today, I did not complete my purchase and will NEVER AGAIN BUY HERE! AND YOU SHOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE EITHER! This situation may easily happen to you too. I feel that they treated me like this because I AM BLACK!!! They lost a frequent customer over this...

BEWARE OF EBT SKIMMING!! At this location it has happened to numerous of customers and unfortunately it happened to me There is this one specific employee that works at the register she’s looks like she is mexican or salvadoran etc As soon as I went to her line to pay she was looking really suspicious constantly looking at me and two days later when I made a purchase my ebt balance was extremely low for the past month over 25 customers had the same situation and when confronted the excuse is that it is coming from outer states ‘B* how that works is someone has to put a small device either behind those machines or in somewhere and as of yesterday more customers has reported that that has happened to them So please be aware especially that cashier lady I described ONCE...

This place don't have food's for other ethnicities other then spanish. Also that's the only people they hire to work there. Another thing is During this COVID 19 VIRUS, this store is price gouging . Especially on items like water. Since I moved in this area 2yrs ago, the cases of Poland spring water was always 3 cases for $10.99. Now they sell them at a much higher price amongst other items. Stores are 1 of the only businesses that's allowed to be opened and people are literally emptying everything from the shelves ( point is--they are making plenty of money so why...
