I order from here all the time from 600 W 246 (or at least i used to). I Spend couple hundered dollars a month average on food and i am a good tipper for delivery. Last time i ordered on internet (like i always have) i got confirmation e-mail and i waited an hour and 15 mins and still no delivery. I called the restaurant to inquire. They realized that they never started the order for whatever reason. She apologized and said...."oh no, sorry, i cook right now, bring to u 10 minutes". I told her 10 mins is a lie and theres now way i am gonna wait another hour for delivery unless they want to comp me the order ($21 order) for the mixup and aggravation. I am a regular customer and spend good $ there. The woman basically said no. So i basically said, youre gonna lose a $200 month regular account over just $20. Penny wise, dollar foolish is a bad business practice. Good bye...

I needed a good amount of duck and soy sauce. I asked for 10 duck sauce and 4 soy sauce. Not a lot by any standards. When I told her..she literally grab the free egg roll i'm entitled to out the bag and acted like she did nothing. Trying to be slick. Not only is the food unreliably cooked (sometimes in the same style, other times by a different chef with no sense of consistency or quality control), but when I called to report a missing item from a recent order, the manager called me a liar multiple times. I did not expect such a sudden or harsh response to a longtime customer. I asked her to check the kitchen to make sure but she insisted she put the item in the bag herself, and thus, that there was no room for any kind of human error.
